The USEPA is somewhat unique in that it has two law enforcement components housed within the same agency.
EPA Office of Inspector General (EPA-OIG) investigates criminal allegations against the EPA and its programs (Primarily “white collar” financial crimes and ARRA).
EPA-Criminal Investigations Division (EPA-CID) investigates crimes against the environment. Specifically, regulatory enforcement of the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts (Primarily “traditional” dumping and polluting crimes).

EPA intends to procure sixty-seven (67) sets of FAV MK II Enhanced Tactical Outer Carrier Kit, to equip EPA OIG agents. This is body armor.
The successful offeror will be responsible for individually sizing sixty-seven (67) agents in Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, San Francisco, CA, and Washington, D.C. The successful offeror must supply a letter of coverage up to $25 million.
