Lisa Jackson, USEPA Administrator, speaks at Berkeley Law School

It seems rediculous to me that the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is being subverted by the University of Virginia (and now Michael Mann). A government funded project on whatever topic is a matter of public record. Yet, Administrator Jackson says it is “criminal” to expect FOIA to be honored in the case of climate research. Let’s honor the law, and let the public record speak for itself.
