Sea level is rising….will San Francisco soon disappear?

In their study of the impact of sea level rising, the Pacific Institute (Oakland, CA) assumed a sea level increase of 1.4 meter along the California Coast (click here). This study was intended to affect California policy decisions and help justify CO2 regulations, and as such was not based on actual science. So what does science show?

According to Aviso, sea level is rising at a terrifying rate of 43 mm per year (Source: Real Science).

But even more exciting is this chart from Aviso that shows the mean sea level trends from October 1992 to February 2012. If I read the colors correctly, the rate of mean sea level change along the California coast is near 0….

It looks like for the sake of money, power, and political agendas….the California government is spending our money on climate fairy tales….There are much greater problems to address than small rises in sea level or the phantom climate risk posed by CO2 emissions.

If one wants to see the destruction a sudden rise in sea level can cause as a result of a natural disaster (also known as “acts of God”)…..click here.

The “fluoride empire” speaks, others sound alarm

Nonprofit groups periodically issue statements in support of fluoridation of drinking water. Looking behind the screen, these groups are typically associated with health-related government agencies and/or industries that directly benefit from government health agencies, such as CDC. Here is a typical example (click here) of a propagandic-like statement. In the collective minds of this group, it is an issue of trust, where citizens should just trust them to make decisions like this for them. Of course, this group is not neutral on the matter, nor are they neutral in their assessment. Potential harmful effects are air brushed out of the picture. Using their perceived stature, the statement is written to make anyone opposing their view look like a fool.

But there are still voices sounding the alarm and raising concerns over water fluoridation. For example click here.  No doubt about it….water fluoridation is the sacred cow of the CDC…It is no longer needed for dental health. I would definitely vote to stop adding it….but we will continue to see it added until the sacred cow is killed….

Interestingly…opposition to adding fluoride to drinking water is bipartisan and crosses the entire political spectrum…..

Federal debt tops $16 trillion

“Fully two-thirds of the national debt is owed to the U.S. government, American  investors and future retirees, through the Social Security Trust Fund and  pension plans for civil service workers and military personnel. China, it turns  out, holds less than 8 percent of the money our government has borrowed over the  years.”

American investors will be in for a big surprise when the government cannot repay its dept….thus, the government will steal from its own citizens. An the poor will be most hurt.   click here for full story….
