Global Ocean Conditions Drive Climate Changes

A prolonged cooling of the globe is much more of a problem than any small temperature increase. Natural ocean oscillations and changes drive many of the changes in climate. Here is just one example.

Carbon dioxide is a non-issue when it comes to massive regional and global ocean oscillations. USEPA regulations that impair or destroy an economy will only make it more difficult to respond to prolonged cooling.
